AMIGAS DE JESÚS

Amigas de Jesús is a group comprised of Spanish-speaking women seeking to enrich their spiritual lives and discover new and creative ways to live out their Catholic faith in the face of the challenges of the modern world.

This group gathers every Thursday at 10:00 am.

ARMADA BLANCA

Armada Blanca is an international children’s prayer movement established in Italy in 1973. The St. Alfred Parish children’s prayer group is just one of many in the Archdiocese of Detroit that gather weekly for prayer and recitation of the rosary.

This group meets on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. We invite all children ages 2 and up to come and join us to pray the rosary, learn prayers and come closer to God through Mary our Mother.

CATECHISTS-CATECHIST AIDES

Parishioners are encouraged to volunteer as catechists or catechist aides to share their faith and deepen the faith of our youth. Catechists receive training and course materials. Currently, the Religious Education classes are held on Monday nights at Cabrini.

MISIONEROS DE JESÚS PRAYER GROUP

Misioneros de Jesús is a community of lay men and women who are committed to spreading the message of FAITH.

The group meets Mondays at 6:30 pm in the Church and Wednesdays at 7:00 pm in the Parish Center.
